Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love everything you order from INFINITE FINDS. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used health & beauty products
- Intimate apparel
- Items marked as final sale
Gadgets & Tech Must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included. Items showing signs of use or damage may not be accepted.
How to Return
- Email us at samuelshonubi123@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions within 2 business days
- Ship the item back to us — return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we'll arrange a free return and a replacement or full refund.
